隱私與資料使用說明 / Privacy

本平台供已受邀學生與授權教職員處理校務。由管理員建立名冊及帳號權限；LINE 登入用於辨識已綁定帳號，不讀取你的私人聊天記錄。

依你使用的功能，平台會保存基本資料、課表、留言、上傳文件、打卡經緯度與精度、IP、瀏覽器所提供的設備／網路資訊，以及操作紀錄。精確位置僅於你操作打卡並授權定位時取得。

資料儲存於獨立的 PostgreSQL 資料庫；網站使用 Google Cloud Run、Neon（新加坡）及 Cloudflare。LINE 與瀏覽器推播服務僅在啟用管道並符合接收設定時處理通知。推播只提供通知提醒，詳細內容須登入平台。

資料依學校及角色限制查閱。你可以關閉 LINE 接收意願、撤銷瀏覽器通知或定位權限，並透過平台管理員提出查詢、更正或刪除需求；需保存的校務與稽核紀錄由管理單位確認處理。本平台不使用廣告追蹤。

Personal data is used for authorized student administration. LINE identifies your linked account; private LINE chats are not collected. Check-in location is collected when you submit a check-in with location permission. Records and uploaded files are stored in a private PostgreSQL database in Singapore. Cloud Run, Neon, Cloudflare, LINE and browser push services process the data needed for their functions. Detailed notices require portal sign-in. Contact your administrator to request access, correction or deletion, or change notification preferences in your account.
